plusieurs clins d'oeil sont faits à l'album « Erotica » qui fait dire que cet album en est la suite ou le chapitre 2 : d'abord le grésillement d'un vinyl en intro à la première chanson tout comme pour le premier titre de l'album « Erotica » du même nom ; deuxièmement la forme du livret intérieur, sous forme de dépliant avec d'un côté des photos et de l'autre les paroles, enfin lorsqu'on plie le livret on peut lire en deux moitiés « madonna bedtime stories »
