Une rumeur circule, elle a été publiée le 18 août dernier, grosse comme une maison certes, mais vous connaissez le dicton, « plus c'est gros et mieux çà passe » : A croire le très sérieux site IUC World Exclusive et son correspondant québécois Ian Halprin, Madonna envisagerait de s'installer à Las Vegas et entamer une série de concerts sur une période de 5 ans, le contrat est estimé à 1 milliard de dollars !!! Cette nouvelle a rapidement fait le tour du web et partage les fans ; d'autant plus que comme il s'agit de Madonna et de l'adhésion totale de son public sans cesse renouvelé depuis presque 30 ans, elle n'a pas besoin de sortir de nouvelles chansons, son répertoire est suffisamment conséquent pour proposer un show d'une qualité exceptionnelle et ainsi ravir les millions de fans en délire !

parce qu'il est une chose bien plus proche de nous en 2010 qui nous intéresse et Madonna a aujourd'hui d'autres soucis assez préoccupants : Une action en justice vient d'être intenté contre la collection de fringues de Madonna et sa fille « Material Girl » c'est LA Triumph, Inc. qui revendique la propriété de la marque déposée, selon cette firme, depuis 1997 : Le dédomagement coûterait la modique somme d'un million de dollars. Madonna copieuse ? Comme si c'était à son habitude (on se souvient du titre « Frozen » qui avait posé le même style de problème à la chanteuse à cause d'un auteur belge.) là encore Madonna aurait utilisé la marque sans autorisation préalable... On veut bien lui laisser le bénéfice du doute sur ce coup-là parce qu'avant toute chose « Material Girl » dans l'esprit du public et dans son esprit à elle, était purement un hommage au tube de son répertoire datant de 1985, seulement voilà, il y a nuance entre les droits de la chanson dont Madonna peut jouir autant qu'elle le veut et les droits d'exploitation du titre comme « phrase » en tant que marque déposée, et là effectivement, c'est LA Triumph la première à avoir déposée légalement « Material Girl » qui en a l'usufruit et la propriété.
